YE2R is a unique callsign, a special callsign for a special Amateur Radio Activity. In 2002 firstly YE2R used as IOTA DX-pedition to OC-186 Karimunjawa Island by YB2MTA now YB3TD.

On 2009, some dx-er and contesters will QRV using this YE2R to active on CQ WW SSB 2009 on Multi-Two Category. We do believe that CQ WW SSB is just the beginning and need to encouraged to maintain for the next activity.
